1. Overview

Liberty Angels (“Liberty Angels”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Edelery LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Our store sells to customers in the United States.

3. Products

Opals are natural stones. Each one is unique, so color, pattern and play-of-color vary and may differ slightly from photos, which are taken under studio light. Product descriptions state whether a stone is a solid opal, a doublet or a triplet. Measurements are approximate. We may limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day free return window. Our 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects is described on our warranty page.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email, can be used for any product in our store, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and do not expire.

8. Promotions

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Liberty Angels or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our store. You confirm that it is yours and does not violate anyone’s rights.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our policies, our site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Angels is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
