Returns & Refunds

30-day free returns. If your piece isn’t right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns within the United States are free: we email you a prepaid return label.

Holiday gifting: orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.

How to return

1. Email hello@libertyangelsjewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the piece unworn, in its original box with all certificates and packaging, and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue your refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to show it. Original shipping charges for Express shipping are not refunded.

Exchanges & ring sizes

Need a different size? Ring size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we’ll arrange it.

Items that can’t be returned

• Engraved or personalized pieces and pieces made to your individual specifications
• Earrings that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

5-year warranty

Every piece comes with our 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects, for example a stone that comes loose. Damage from accidents or misuse is not covered. Details: 5-year warranty.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
