Shipping policy

Shipping

Ships from Miami. Every order ships from our Miami office to addresses within the United States.

Rates

• Standard shipping: $5, delivered within 7–10 business days of your order
• Free standard shipping on orders of $180 or more
• Express shipping: $15, delivered within 5–7 business days of your order

You’ll see all available options and the final price at checkout.

Processing times

Delivery times are counted from the day you place your order. Pieces that are made for you or marked with a later ship date on the product page follow that date instead. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Duties & taxes

Because your order ships domestically from Miami, there are no import duties. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We can’t ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
